Some interesting numbers

None of these are correlated, just some interesting observations.

-Last year during the regular season the Griz gave up 159 points. This year, we've already given up 192, or 33 more than we did the entire regular season.

-The last time the Griz gave up 48 points at home during regulation was 2018 against UC Davis. Griz missed the playoffs that year and finished 6-5.

-That game was the first time ever that an opponent put up 50 or more points in Washington-Grizzly stadium. The last time the Griz gave up 50 points at home was 39 years ago at Dornblazer field in 1985 against....Weber State (Griz lost 29-57).

-One stat that should give some optimism. Through six games, the bobcats' opponents have a combined record of 9-25 for a strength of schedule of 76 out of 129. Comparatively, Griz opponents are 16-17, for a strength of schedule of 27 of 129.

Hope these improve, but interesting nonetheless.
