Some Cheese with that Whine?

Anyone who says that the officiating didn't matter last night obviously didn't watch the game. It wasn't a fair game and would've had a much different outcome if it had been called fairly.

This isn't about injured pride, it's about frustration. I'll readily admit that EWU and MSU had better football teams this year. That the Griz were legitimately beat by Long Beach State, NAU, Weber, EWU, and there other loses, and that isn't what were are upset about. If UNC had won based on there merits then we would't be upset, but they didn't, the game was determined by poor officiating, ans that's frustrating. If the officiating had been fair and UNC had won then none of us would be upset.

To say we are whining over nothing is disingenuous and disrespectful. If you have nothing to offer besides insults then please post in the FB forum where they expect that.

What a cry baby. How about the first game this season when UNC waxed UM by about 18? Was that one decided by poor officiating too?

This is one of those times when being right doesn’t matter. So we all agree that the refs sucked. Now what? How about if we all just show some class and move on.

And for the UNC fans who are over here on this forum gloating, ask yourself this: Isn’t that even more tacky than Griz fans whining about losing?

Johnson for the Griz never got any touch fouls on players on him last year either. :roll:

UNC took it right at the Griz. If you know basketball the team that attacks usually gets more free throws. The Griz stood around for half of a half before realizing hey, maybe we should start going into our big guy and using him (and maybe drawing some fouls).

What kind of cheese do Griz fans like? PepperJack? :)

So because other teams have been homered before playing the Griz, it makes it all right for the Griz to be homered too? If that's the case, it's OK for every big sky team to get screwed by the refs in the Big Sky..since it happens benefiting all teams at one time or another, it's all OK right? :lol:

Did you watch the game actually? You do realize there are even a few cat fans over here who really dislike the Griz saying the Griz got screwed by the refs in that game... Trust me, I know that teams playing the Griz sometimes get screwed too, just like teams playing the Bobcats get screwed sometimes.. The Big Sky refs suck. It's something that really needs to be addressed because it seems to not be getting any better..and may be getting worse. The two tournament games (NAU vs UNC and the Griz vs UNC) were two of the worst examples I've seen in a long time.

I find it funny how some cat fans who just like to stir shit up come over here like there's never any talk of being homered over on bobcatnation... You do realize some of us Griz fans are over there too and see your claims of being homered... Hell, I'm sure I've agreed with at least a few of them (I follow bobcat basketball pretty closely too). It happens to every team in the Big Sky...and I guarantee you that the fans of all of the teams in the Big Sky aren't too happy when it happens to their team..especially when it ends their season.

If it's even, no big deal. If it's one sided..then it becomes an issue for teams
