I promised myself I wouldn't do it, but I am sadistic like that sometimes, so I finally just visited Bobcat Nation for the first time today and what do I find? Multiple threads claiming that the NCAA is currently investigating UM for improper benefits. Of course, Alpha, we already know where you stand on it, so, thoughts from anyone NOT named Alpha, Growler and that isn't a Cat fan who has absolutely ZERO proof of this.....I'd like to hear em...
 
I know you're a dumbass and I know you go out of your way to make things up to make us "tac" fans look stupid, but you have to be joking. First of all, PapaG is got to be the craziest MF'er on the western seaboard, so quoting something from him is like quoting something from Growler who heard it from someone for West Yellowstone. You have to be the biggest school boy bitch on this is board and I'm getting tired of it. I've combed that fucking board for 15 minutes looking for your "multiple threads" bullshit and I found one conspiracy theorist who I and the majority of those who read BN think Papa posts from a underground bunker in the hills of Oregon. I take 100% of what that yahoo posts with a grain of salt and roll my eyes when I see him post. Most of the cat fans have been pretty nice on here and BN while knowing that if the shoe was on the other foot, I HIGHLY doubt it would be as friendly. So STFU, go run and play, and quit making shit up.

the words "improper benifits" are used pretty loosely by more than the dude you cited in more than one thread. go look harder dude!

Thanks for posting this Optimus, I would presume any proud Montanan whether born here or not would feel deep sadness today. The University of Montana is a wonderful and beautiful institution in our great state. I have only read one sh!tty post today and it made me want to puke. I know you are upset and angry and deservedly so, but we "cat" fans feel your pain.

Thank god there are posters on here along the lines of iltc, OP, and wbtfg. Top shelf rival posters for sure. I remember when Kramer was fired; sure I hate the Cats as much as the next Griz fan.....but sometimes you have to remember that there are real people getting caught up in all this. We all know that Kramer would have never condoned drug trafficking. And we all know that O'Day and Pflugrad would never condone sexual assault. When Kramer was fired I felt awful. I wanted to shake his hand, wish him well, and apologize to him for getting sandbagged by people that he offered a wonderful opportunity toward. I feel the same way about Pflu and O'Day.

the first thing i saw where someone was slinging smack was when you posted something like, sorry cat fans kidder, weyer, harris is staying at um yesterday. like that's some kind of triumph.

Sorry Cats! Kidder says he's sticking with the Griz. He said it's the tradition of the program, not the coach. KRTV also spoke with Ben Weyer and Bo Harris and both said they are Griz and won't change their minds.

Good posts, Tampa and Brint. There are some great Cat posters on this site (and you named the best of the best). And Brint, you're absolutely right that there would be plenty of Griz trolls if the shoe were on the other foot.

Hav, I'd take OP's advice and simply ignore anything posted by PapaG. That dude is waaaaayyy off the reservation.... (to avoid a whole 'nother shitstorm, no cultural or racial insenstivity was intended by my post... :) )

I was just reading BN, and Papa literally made me put my face in my hands. :facepalm: He makes me embarrassed sometimes with his crackpot theories. :oops:
I don't think this currently has anything to do with improper benefits or boosters, FYI, but I still think the other shoe has yet to drop... :?
