...as in Stanford Night Live

If anyone's interested and doesn't know, the Cardinal is playing Virginia Tech tonight on ESPN at 10:30.

I was sort of thinking the same, but then the more Stanford wins, the better it bodes for UM's at-large chances/RPI/national clout so I'll root for them.

Stanford's had two weeks to regroup and try to figure out where they were going wrong. I wouldn't be suprised if they come out and actually put that talent to good use tonight.

Plus, VA Tech had to travel 2,500 miles to play in Vegas tonight. To them it's going to seem like they're playing from 1am to 3am.

I'm hoping Stanford bounces back and can get back on the right track.

VaTech has never lost to a Pac 10 team, let's hope this is the 1st

Yeah they did!

They said something like, "I can't imagine this team losing to UC Davis or Irvine" and I was thinking, "what about UM?"

Then he says, "you know, coach Johnson was telling that those grizzlies are a really good, well-coached team"

Neat-o

Update: Tech wins 59-52

The announcers just gave Montana some nice comments about the team and coach K.

Steve Lavin said that Missoula has always been a snake pit for teams to come up and play against the griz or something like that. Too bad Stanford couldnt pull this one out, they suck this year
