Sirmon signs with N. Colo.

Mr. Slovis, could you please come to Missoula. I'm asking nicely.

"I think for me, it's pretty simple. You know, there's lots of great opportunities, but one, an opportunity where I can play or at least compete to play, I think I have a good chance to get a job at. Secondly, I think, you know, overall, just a culture and a team that not only is ready to win, but I think I can identify with and is a positive atmosphere and something that I'm excited to be part of.

That's a pretty easy criteria for me, I think. But I think it's a lot easier said than done. There's only a few programs in the country, I think, not few, it's probably 10 to 15 parts of the country, that really embody that consistently. I'm looking for that program that you know, wants me to be part of it."

The first time I read this, I thought these were Sirmons words about going to UNC.😄

Wonder how long he'll be there before he transfers again. I'm seeing a downward spiral trend... Washington>>>>Central Michigan>>>>>Northern Colorado. What's next... msu?

Initially I thought he would have to compete against the coaches kid so I was thinking what is going on in his brain….but I believe the coaches kid was a grad transfer

"Yet in Greeley, Colorado, Sirmon will compete with five holdover quarterbacks and playing time won't come easily. The returning starter is Dylan McCaffrey, who is the son of Bears coach Ed McCaffrey and the brother of offensive coordinator Max McCaffrey. The 6-foot-5, 220-pound McCaffrey began his career at Michigan and has a season of eligibility left.."
