Sincere Congrats

Figured I'd drop by to balance out all the trolls popping off following the game. A sincere congrats to you all on a damn impressive season. The Griz looked like total crap in the first month of the season and then got it together and went on one hell of a run. They sure proved me wrong. The defensive and special teams performances in the playoffs that carried the team into the 'chip is something college football fans may never see again. An incredible sight to see.

Regardless of the disappointing outcome of the game, there's no reason to hang your heads about the game. SDSU will go down as one of the best FCS teams in history. I didn't know they only allowed one TD all playoffs until ESPN posted that tidbit on the screen. That's just unimaginable. Even then the Griz battled for well over half the game and were within a possession. Tell the haters to pound sand and just point at your BSC Title and Frisco game ticket stubs as you wear your $50 NCAA approved championship game apparel.

Enjoy the offseason, and if for some reason Coach Hauck decides to hang them up this offseason, keep your sticky jzzy paws off of Andy Thompson. We'll see you fvcks in '26 (I think).

Cheers!

Here's the thing. I'm sick of UM always ending up in the Chipper against "one of the best FCS teams in history". Seems like it's always the case.

Tired of being the bridesmaid and rarely the bride.

Good thing we are now the team in the position of coming up just a bit short and returning a ton of seniors. I went through the roster and sure there are some issues that will need to be taken care of (like Gubner being just irreplaceable), but for the most part we are going to be a very senior heavy team next year with tons of experience.

Thanks SD. Classy post. Good luck on the upcoming season. Glad we don’t have to wait as long this year.

Wasn't the case in 2001.
