Another spot where injuries made the spot look different. The big story here remains the emergence of undrafted free agent walk-on Brock Coyle from Montana, whose five tackles were second for the game and who didn’t seem in awe by the atmosphere or being a starter

Really cool seeing the two Brocks from Montana play last night. Coyle looked really good last night. Not many rookies can play at that level in their 1st NFL game. You can't make the argument that is was just because it was a pre-season game. He was playing against Denver's 1st string and proved he belongs in the league. He played like he's been in the league for years. Really cool to watch.

Montana kids have really earned a reputation of toughness and intelligence in the NFL. Coyle fits that mold and made a statement hit last night that will have a lot of teams second guessing not drafting him.

Nice work, Wyoming!! And to think, each and every one of them lives within an hour of me. Let the restraining orders begin!

Indeed. Before she was married, the former Betty Terracotta was a "performer" know as "Chica Caliente Caballo" in a Tijuana pony show. Barney met her when he was in the Navy and stationed in San Diego.

I can vouch for this. I saw Betty in such a show in TJ back in the day. Though Barney met her around that time, he didn't pull her until after her stint in the Bay Area as Too $hort's bottom bitch. He gave a nickname that stuck like sheets to the lower back: BJ Betty. It might sound sick, it might be petty, but you never had a gal like BJ Betty.
