Scrimmage tonight at 7... 7:30... Or 8 / I'll tweet updates

The original schedule states the scrimmage will start at 7pm, however the paper yesterday said some things like situational drills will start at 7:30 and then some controlled live hitting type parts will happen at 8....

I left Billings at 6:00 A.M. Saturday morning from Billings to watch the first full pads practice yesterday that was posted on the internet! I drove all morning with a 2 hour stop for some girly numm numms and got to the River Bowl at 2:03 for the 2:00 practice, fully expecting to see the team stretching out! Instead the field is empty and the stadium is too! I drove over 10 hours round trip to just see a practice! But at least I got to the book store for all the latest stuff.

Griz starting safety Justin Whitted out 7-10 days with a shoulder injury

They have started the scrimmage working on special teams. Kickers did well, 8/9 from 35, 39, & 42.

Greenberg having a decent night of kicking. Lider kicks everything low - even the ones he is making. Come game time some would certainly be blocked. Sullivan is hit and miss. When he lays into it he appears to have the best trajectory and distance of the three.
