The stats I am most interested in during a game are the rebounding and the field goal percentages. These rarely appear during a game, and, if they do appear, they information is thrown up on the screen with a bunch of other information that then disappears before I can process it. And, after the game ends, the stats are very briefly shown only to be replaced with a continuous "Thank you for attending" message.
The absolutely useless item of information that is always on the scoreboard is the number of team fouls. I say that is absolutely useless on the big board because it is also displayed on the foul board. So, it is totally redundant.
Could we have the team fouls on the big scoreboard replaced with the field goal shooting percentages?
Also, rarely is number of time-outs remaining of much significance. That stat also appears continuously on the big scoreboard. How about replacing that with the rebounds? If we can't do a replacement of time outs left for rebounds, could we add rebounds somewhere continuously on the big board?
