Schedule Reversal....for a change

cats play Sac State the week BEFORE we do. In past years it almost always seemed like we'd play a team the week before the cats......nice change!

In fact the Griz get to see two future opponents play one another whilst the Griz on are their bye week. Hopefully that turns out to be a great advantage.

For multiple years, the Cats had many opponents right after the Griz had played them. It was not balanced at all. I don't recall the Griz playing a bunch of teams after the Cats played them, but perhaps there were some years like that.

Hopefully the coaching staff makes good use of the game film. I’ve watched SaSt against EWU & am more than a little impressed with them. Choate is right when he says they are the best team they will have played so far.

For many years during the streak when Fullerton was the BSC commissioner the Cats always got the tougher teams in the league the week after they played the Griz.

I really doubt that they would beat Texas Tech. He later qualified the comment to - the best team they will have played at home.
