First: NDSU used fly sweep motion against UI. I thought this showed respect for Stitt, if UNDU coaching staff thought it was a gimmick they would not have installed it in their offence.
Second: Half-time interview with Jack Rabbit's coach. Jacks ran 4 man line, with DTs pinching over center and DEs slightly back and wide. Coach was frustrated with DL not clogging things up better for pursuit to catch up with ball handler. Griz speed on defense should be key for slowing down Cal Poly. SDSU got killed with FB cutback, no LBS filled gap when DL got washed to the side. LBs and DBs were one step slow on edges and no pass rush CP QB had clean pocket to throw from.
