Saint Francis in the playoffs?

Unranked and currently receiving no votes in the Coach's Poll, is there any chance they make it? They are perfect in Northeast Conference play and are on a 5-game winning streak. I don't think the NEC has an automatic bid, although I remember a pretty mediocre Duquense team making it a couple of years ago. If they win out (very likely) they will extend their win streak to 7, with two road losses to ranked teams (Montana and Albany) and a road loss to traditionally strong Towson.

The NEC does get an auto qualifier
then it will probably be SFU...they beat Duquesne who would otherwise have the top spot.
Barring a very unlikely upset by Central Connecticut (2-7 overall) next week, St. Francis (PA) is in the driver’s seat for the NEC auto-bid. Here’s the schedule for the top teams:
• SFPA (4-0) … plays Central Conn (1-3), then at Wagner (2-2).
• Duquesne (3-1) … plays Sacred Heart (1-3), then at Central Connecticut (1-3).
• Bryant (3-2) … plays at Sacred Heart (1-3).
• Wagner (2-2) … plays at Robert Morris (1-4), then SFPA at home.

Duquesne and Bryant will most likely win out, giving them (5-1) and (4-2) final records, respectively.
Wagner should beat Robert Morris and go into its final game with SFPA at (3-2).

SFPA should go into the game with Wagner undefeated. Then, even if they lost at Wagner, they’d end up with a 5-1 record, the same as Duquesne. However, as noted above, SFPA has the tie-breaker over Duquesne, so …

so beating SFPA could be considered a "quality win," perhaps? me thinks so.

Quite possibly, although the NEC is a pretty weak conference.

On another note, if UNI were to win out, they'd be 6-5 ... and very much in the playoff picture. Of course, to win out, they have to get by #13 SDSU and #12 Western Illinois. (W-Illin is about to drop, but they should still be ranked.) If UNI does run the table, then they would deserve to be in the playoff conversation -- and they would be back to being considered a quality win. Personally, I don't think they have a hope in hell of winning both (but they might well split).
