Sac hit century mark

The Lady Griz gave up a cooooooollll hundred and lost to Sac State -- a team that had never beaten them -- 100 to 87.

It sure was. I turned on BSTV at half, saw the Griz were down 15, watched the first 4 minutes of the 2nd half and turned it off with them down 23.

Yep, Lady Griz will have to rediscover their defense. Seem to let some teams get really hot at the 3 point line recently. Maybe they lost some of their intensity on defense. Sac State has been playing awfully well lately though.

Lady Griz are pretty much out of contention for hosting. Not mathematically out as Lady Griz could win out and EWU lose out.
But PSU lost another home game and lady Griz can still earn second place. Will be tough. PSU and Sac State both have tie breaker over Lady Griz so both PSU and Sac State need to lose one more game then the Lady Griz do the rest of the year.

EWU is now in control of the league and appears to be the host for the Big Sky Conference. Better there than in Portland. PSU does have halfway decent odds of hosting if they win out and EWU loses 1 other game.
