IMHO our chances of "running the table" are nil. The Griz have beaten three very crappy teams and were blown out by the first semi decent team they faced. NAU had far more trouble with very weak South Dakota and UC Davis than they did with the Griz. Tonight reminded me a lot of when things started to go south last year. If they can rebound next week then maybe we are not doomed to a repeat performance of last year. However, at this point, it is hard to be optimistic. One thing for sure, if this season turns out similar to last season, Delaney needs to be gone. I truly believe Engstrom disrespected this program when he handed the job (almost by default) to a guy who in no way had the necessary qualifications to be a division one head coach. Signing him again after last year's miserable season and far too frequent instances of coaching ineptitude is hard to understand. I was not impressed by the play calling tonight either. The calls when the Griz had first and goal from about the five towards the end of the first half were especially baffling. And why on earth leave JJ in at the end of the fourth quarter to absorb additional beatings? Run the table?? :? Not likely.

Because the sugar coasters and feel gooders like you mask reality. Question for you...why do you feel it necessary to talk down your snoz at people. The concerns resulted when competition started. Last night.

Run the table? No. Not possible.... and I would bet any amount of $$ on that. IF JJ stays healthy, I still have you at 8-4 as I've said all along, losing to CP, EWU, and MSU. If he goes down, which is likely with how your coaches are using him... You'll be around .500 and miss the playoffs.
