8) 8) Who would you rather have as Griz coach.

I would take Romar without a doubt. 8) 8)

*******OOOOOPPPPSSSSS******

I just came back to my post, I deleted part of it.

"I would take Krysko over Romar without a doubtt.""""

Sorry, I am a huge Krysko supporter.

Why would you post something like this? Our coach is Krysko, and he is doing a great job. Therefore we should support him. To say that you would rather have Romar as a coach is just stuipid. I'll take the best player in Montana's basketball history, who has a passion for this school. Pat Kennedy was a good coach too, but look what happend when he tried to coach a mid-major team that he had never been associated with before.

After seeing Krystowiak's performances on TV the past 2-3 days, I would take Romar hands down! That is today, but next year, I may change my mind.

Kristowiak's demeanor is very reminiscent of Bobby Houk a couple of years ago, but look how Bobby improved. Maybe there is hope for Kristowiak

I'll keep coach K but I was a little disappointed in his answer at the last press conference.
"We have a chance if their bus gets in an accident on the way to the game."
I know about coach speak and guys don't pay any attention to what I say but I just thought he could have been a little better.
Go Griz

You always seem to know what's best for Montana Basketball, but you can't even spell the coach's name right. You are an idiot.

Krysko.....when aI was a kid this was a guy you wanted to be like as a Montanan.....he has done well in his first year and will continue to do so.....for the twentieth time Kennedy is not that great of a coach.,....when you have a team made up of Charlie Ward, Bobby Sura and Sam Cassel you can have anyone coach...

This is what I can't understand, why are people so threatened of younger coaches here? Especially those with confidence and swagger.

What Krysko has done this year is introduce enthusiasm back into the program after the past two stiff puppets. I applaud Krysko's enthusiasm and passion for the game and his school. For the same I applaud Haucks.

Just because he doesn't have anger control or always say the right things does this make him a crappy coach. What I have noticed in my limited experience as a coach, is that players respond to coaches who are involved and are not removed from the game. I hated watching games in which Kennedy coached. He would get pissed off at the officials just to get pissed off but the rest of the time he would do absolutely nothing.

You will not find a harder working group of coaches anywhere. Tinks, Hill, Huse and Krysko are all supremely motivated individuals. Let the guy coach. He is good at it. We accepted Taylors juvenile rants on the sideline when he was here and right now, Krysko is a 100 times more mature than Taylor was at the same point in his career.

I'll take Krysko every time, because he understands what the tradition is here, and he will rebuild it as well. We don't need a top 10 program assistant here, we need a person that is going to spend some time working to ensure that the Men's program regains the pride that it had when he was there.

Romar is a great coach, no doubt about it. But to say that you would rather have him coach the griz is rediculous. Krysko, loves Montana basketball and had shown that he is willing to work his balls off to bring the program to the next level. Romar will do the same thign for the huskies, because he has a passion for making his alma matter succeed, just like Krysko wants for us. Krysko is the perfect coach for the griz. Him and tinkel wiill create a team that dominates the big sky an compete with the best teams in the nation.

Keep supporitng Krysko, and you'll see some results. The best basketball player ever to come out of the state of Montana, coaching the griz, is perfect.

comeindayaha, griz dedication=griz successs

EAT BEEF!!!!!!!

I think that there are a lot of parallels between the two coaches. They both have a great deal of integrity and can get their players to sacrifice individual stats for the betterment of the team. They are both no nonsense, no pretense, what you see is what you get coaches. They are both the type of guys that can visit a recruit’s home and leave the parents feeling reassured that their son would be in good hands for the next four or five years by choosing that coach. They are both admirable men and both programs – UW and UM – are lucky to have them.

Right now, Romar is where Krysko wants to be in six or seven years – coach of the year in a major conference, a number one seed in the tourney and a stacked recruiting class on the way.
