The last time it happened was in Week 6 of 2023, but there were only 3 Big Sky games that week.

Idaho over Cal Poly
NAU over Weber State

It also happened twice in 2011 in Week 6 and Week 12, and I believe the week 12 time was the last time it happened when every Big Sky team was playing.
