Was fortunate to meet him at their hotel in Denver back when he coached the Raiders. He was a really nice gentleman who graciously shared his time having a chat with two young boys from Montana (my brother and I). Rest in Peace Mr. Madden, you truly were a gentleman!

I wish someone had the clip of him assessing how hard each member of the Cowboys OL was playing based solely relative pant sweat. That was gold.
