Review of all big sky conference stadiums

Like this video this guy out together. Best Quote from it , when talking about Roos Field EWU:

"Ten or so years ago they decided to dig up the natural turf and replace it with what appears to be a portal to hell"

You know what becomes even more evident from watching this video??? That our stadium is so much better than any other in the conference, that is should provide a HUGE recruiting advantage!

I’ve always thought that UCD stadium looked awesome. If they ever had the need to expand it, it looks easy to do. Designed with foresight, it appears.

Their engineering and architectural retainers are very small. Makes one wonder why the MSU stadium is not so awesome.

Someday I will make to to Missoula for a game, I've heard it's awesome. The Griz SHOULD have an advantage, but it's also telling how much schools need the right people in the buildings, rather than the buildings themselves.

It's the same situation here in northern Colorado. I live about 10 miles from Colorado State's new stadium. It's a very nice stadium, and it's on campus as opposed to their older one. Yet, CSU fans are begging the a.d. to make changes once again, and want Addazio out. The stadium is 4-5 years old now and recruiting hasn't improved.

But I notice most of Ft. Collins is now aware when there is a home CSU game. That didn't seem to be the case when the stadium was out in the hills.

Plot twist: the "M" DOES stand for mountain. Officials felt it was needed when cat fans kept getting lost and confused by the directions "the campus is at the base of the mountain."

...2nd plot twist: cat fans are illiterate and didn't know what a "M" looked like. Officials told them it's an upside down "W". Cat fans responded, "we've definitely never seen a 'W'."

Montana
Davis (love that stadium for them)
MSU
Cal Poly (scenery)
Weber
NAU
UI
EWU (shocker, I know, but I’ve only been there for our games)
ISU
Sac State
SUU (HS stadium, but that scenery is awesome)
PSU
UNC

Mostly agree with minor adjustments. Just based on the video.

CP is one of the few "away" stadiums I've been to. Scenery is incredible, yes. But I gotta tell you, driving by Weber's stadium up against the Wasatch Range.....pretty freaking impressive.

I love what he has to say about the Reno’s For Sale field located at MSC:

“It looks like a disjointed horseshoe...and the unique shapes and design continue on the inside.”

That's pretty fair. Couple of adjustments:
Montana
Davis
MSU
Cal Poly (I really like Cal Poly's)
Weber
NAU
UI
Sac State
ISU
EWU
SUU
UNC
PSU (not even their stadium)

Then you haven't been to Hillsboro high school or UNC.

Been to both, still think ISU is worse. Maybe because I hate indoor football to begin with and Holt just compounds that hatred.
I've been to Holt several times. I mostly value the view of the playing field. That must be your bias; it's just not that bad; good view of the field and better for the players since they have today's turf. The locals scorn our tailgates but that make's it more fun. Have not been to Hillsboro, but video pretty well exposes it. Been to UNC several times and the view is horrible. Track puts the field a long way away and stands with insufficient elevation to get a perspective on the distant field of play even sitting as high as possible on the 50. Can hardly see over the players on the sideline.
