Reign of Terror is Over.

All of the quarterbacks mentioned above were freaks from the moment they stepped on the field. I saw three quarterbacks play for Eastern last Saturday and none were freaks. It has to end at some point marceagfan5 it is going to be hard to out score teams in the Big Sky with an average quarterback for EWU. I consider EWU's run at quarterback historic in the Big Sky and it will be interesting to see where you guys end up next year without a star quarterback and Cooper Kupp.

I don't understand all this Negative Nellie Nonsense about Ewoo.

Cooper Kupp is only a junior. Of course he is back next year. He is also the man at QB next year. Every pass he threw last week went for a TD. Don't think Bo Levi or Lil Shoota can match that stat! :ugeek:

People seem to forget that a couple of the really good ones were FBS transfers. Baldwin will reload. He is a very good recruiter/coach.

Bo Levi was the only transfer....Padron was, but it only took a couple games for VA to beat him out....

Hennessey should be a good one when all is said and done. Didn't play well against the Griz, but its not an easy place to make your first ever start accompanied by constant subbing with Jordan West throughout the first half.

Eastern will be fine at QB, they always have been. The problem next year will be replacing Kupp and finding something that works on D.

It definitely has to end somewhere and it will be interesting to see how it plays out at the QB position for EWU. RH will be a good one, remember, he's just a freshman, he played poorly in Missoula, but did play really well at Oregon. When BLM and Meyer took control, they were juniors, Nichols was a frosh and struggled a ton in his first year. Baldwin and Hill will do a good job with RH and he will be the QB of the future for EWU, he was the WA high school player of the year for a reason.

Coop has 2 td passes this year, I believe he is 2 for 2 with 2 tds. He is only a junior this year, but its pretty unlikely that he sticks around for his senior year. Will mark the 4th time since the end of the 2010 season that EWU will have lost their best player a year early to either the NFL or FBS...
