Makes no sense. Some guys can just up and walk in while you're asleep and rape your friend? The tenor of the article at least makes it sound as if she was there as part of a private get-together (i.e. there was no full-blown "party"). One actually leaves one's door unlocked in the ATL? Regardless of city, we don't live in the Beaver Cleaver era anymore. If this girl isn't particularly close to this DE, she could sue him for big bucks for negligence.
