How about Brint? He does more for Griz football than almost anyone outside of the coaches and team and maybe a few administrators.

Based on what, hoops? Sure Brint is a good dude, but that might be a bit short sighted. Maybe 10% of the stadium would know who he is and his contribution to Griz football/athletics.

I would think Joey Counts, Brady Gustafson, or anyone from the 1995 or 2001 NC teams would also be great.
