QB's, we are over reacting.

Griz O Coordinator ran this Cadalac into the ditch with his limited, one-dimensional offense with a RB at QB. And was so blind and stubborn that he didn't make a change until it was too late to make the playoffs and earn the worst season in like a quarter century.

Griz have the #1 offense in the BSC (YPG), and #10 in the nation. They score 34 points a game. We've lost games this year despite scoring 27, 31, 26 and 34. Methinks the offense isn't the problem here (aside from early season turnovers, which seems to have corrected itself).

The problem was, at least early on, when they needed to have a sustained clock eating drive in the late part of the ball game it was 3 and out, 3 and out, 3 and out. The Griz would have benefitted greatly from a clock eating 12-15 play 8 minute drive in both the EWU game and the APP St game.

True. All true. But when was the last time we lost a game scoring 27 points? Typically in seasons past we win all four of those games....thus, it isn't the offense that is the issue.

edit: lol, I just went back and actually looked. EVERY loss under Pflu we scored at least 27.

Looks like you. Just because he is playing does not mean he belongs. I seem to remember a Griz QB from Great Falls who started one game and won it for Hauck. Then transferred the next season because he was not good enough to play in the Big Sky. He tried the Frontier Conference, and it turns out he was not good enough for that one either.

Putting all ridiculous name-calling aside, last time I checked, SSH is a starting quarterback for a BSC team with two straight wins against other BSC teams. I think many people would conclude that this makes him a "BSC caliber quarterback," at least for the time being. What's your criteria?

Our poor coaching really remains with the head coach. He dictated to both assistant coaches just what he wanted run in terms of this season. Breske did a great job and Gregorak was planning to use a simlar concept but was MADE to run this old standard vanila defense. Rosy came in and was planning to run what we ran last season with a few new ideas. I still stand by these two good coaches and I hope I get to see them next season.

I like Delaney but as I often state "he is in way over his head" in terms of being our head coach.

I do not like the QB play and will die wondering why AB (aka breastcheck) never got a true test in a game. I do not know the reason. The QBs are doing as well as they can. Rosy was a NFL QB so one would think he would have advanced smart ideas concerning them and the ability and skill of each guy.

We simply lost a year with the one admitted rape and one other player charged. Gone! A president that so far has not indicated he gives a shit about our football program.

The real question is next season......and who our head coach will be. We need a decent head coach to get us back on track! That will end this QB talk.

Not saying your wrong abour Delaney and his dictating but where do you get your info?
