For those of you looking for a reason on why she might have been hesitant to report the rape, this would be a pretty legitimate reason on why she may have been hesitant to report it immediately. Obviously there are people out there that believe the fact that he is a starting QB is enough proof to dismiss her accusation. I'm not saying he did it, but just because he is a starting QB doesn't mean he wouldn't rape someone.

It's clearly being implied. Try reading? All I'm doing is sticking up for JJ and I'm attacked. Yes I asked questions and said possibilites. Which are all legit concerns. If you think not, well you are mistaking. JJ could have raped her, but this situation is far from believable. Too much doesn't add up. I would like to hear what JJ has to say about all this instead of just what the girl has said and done. Does his voice not matter? If he was guilty would he really try this hard to prove he's not? Especially if the woman did have a rape test kit or whatever wouldn't that already be enough evidence to press charges? Fact is none have been charged and the school is trying to kick him out because of an accusation. Imo that isn't right. Anyone can accuse a person of anything. Wow. Obviously no one knows the facts besides JJ and the girl. Who said it's wrong to have theories about what you observed so far? Please tell me how I'm the idiot. You're the one who can't reason with anything and don't ever have a valid arguement, for anything. It's always just you're wrong. lol. You should hang around people more. My original thoughts about this have certainly changed. I heard months ago that the evidence was mounting against JJ. The accuser had done a rape kit immediately and it seemed that his goose was cooked. After the campus court committee looked at the evidence and voted 7-0 to expel him I was more convinced than ever. Now I believe this entire thing will blow over by July 24th. The DA is obviously being careful about filing charges and if it were a slam dunk he would have been charged by now. With this much time passed I have to believe that charges will not be filed. Rape cases are notoriously hard to prove especially for people that have had established relationships together.
I think the initial rulings of the campus court committee and of Engstrom were a bit of a knee jerk reaction after seeing the evidence and assuming charges were imminent. . JJ may very well be guilty but I think that Clay Christian is dragging his feet to see if the DA brings charges. If they do his decision will be easy. If no charges are brought by the 24th I predict JJ walks away scot-free. I highly doubt Christian has the balls to throw him out of school and expose the U to the lawsuit even if the standard of proof is different than what is required in a criminal prosecution.
