Talked to a friend on the team last night about the game tomorrow. Known him for over a two years and I've never heard him more confident about a game since I've known him. Feeling good about my prediction.

Well it is a bit over the top. God only knows why they'd feel it more so than other games. Perhaps East Coast Bias? Perhaps they feel the Grizzlies are too one dimensional (shut down the pass and win). Or perhaps they watched the Poly film and don't realize what our offense is capable of (which is a fair conclusion to draw from that game's performance).
Regardless of why they're so confident, it should be a challenge for our guys. Still I'm confident they put the bye week to use and are moving closer to mastering our quick hit attack. I like our defense and believe they'll hold Liberty to a reasonable number of points. I certainly don't expect this one to be easy but do expect a win with a margin of a couple of scores. Great cross country match up! :ugeek:

I think most LU players are VERY respectful of the great program Montana is. I've talked to quite a few. Having confident players means the coaches are doing their job and the team is ready. Natural for any player to be confident. Also that poster is very new and who knows if his quote is right. Anyway, look forward to a great game coming right down to the end.
