Colin, good write-up. However, I think your choice of words right off the bat are a little bit out of line. I almost did not read it because of your use of language. There are better words to use and as a skilled writer, I think you should be able to find some!

Just a reminder....The Grizzoulian is a personal blog and just a side project for a very busy student. I believe the author should feel free to express himself however he sees fit..... Good job Colin thanks for bringing YOUR perspective on Grizzly athletics. I would say 99.99999% of posters on here really appreciate all that your doing and don't read the Grizzoulian to critique it but because they enjoy your stories. Keep up the great work!!!

i'm as eager as an out-of-state fan for news from the practises, but the key for me will be: how well will this team play defense. defense is the great equalizer, and it's especially critical for a mid-major team. exhibit a: southern illinois. i'm glad we scheduled duke, if for no other reason that we'll get a lesson in how defense is played by one of the country's elite programs. montana will never get back to the glory years till it gets back to its tradition of being in the top twenty in field goal percentage defense.

Lovely! Does that mean using words that make him look unintelligent is ok? How does being a busy student justify using unappropriate language? And did I say I did not appreciate his effort and reports?

I believe that using those "words" is just exercising his constitutional rights..... now if that is in any way unitelligent please notify the delegates of the Constitutional Convention right away and tell them that freedom of speech is (ear-muffs) Bullshit...especially on an Internet Blog....my God.... could u be anymore hypersensative.......anywho....I cant wait for Basketball to get underway....Major improvements have been made in all aspects of the program and it should a very exciting and successfull year.....oh and if Tinkle swears in the huddle or in the locker room at halftime i heard the players are all going to quit.
