Possible change to FCS playoffs?

As soon as a school has to play ALL the top teams, miraculously they don’t win the conference? Sometimes they even finish as low as 6th.

But if they’re gonna seed 1-16, why not seed 1-24, eliminate regionality and 9 hosts 24, 10 hosts 23, 11 hosts 22 and so on. It would simplify things so much.

Regionality is outdated and dumb as shit.

This is exactly how I feel. These day, by golly, we got dem der air-O-planes an' kin git bout anywheres. Dad gumit, make dem changes.

If change is coming I have some suggestions which of course will never come to pass. First of all there are no longer 24 FCS teams that even belong so one could easily eliminate 8 and seed 1-16, with 1 playing 16 .... etc. No more buying home games to pad your overall schedule. But if we go down that road I can easily morph into an 8 team playoff because the top 8 seeds have about a 95 % chance of being in anyway. The FCS is shit and a lot of Griz fans want that because it gives us the chance to at least win something. But lately even that something isn't happening. Move up if possible, play a bowl game, take home the cash, let the athletes study for their finals and give fans a break.
