What a great day for football! Got to use the lights at WaGriz! This rivalry game is great fun to watch, win or lose. The "alleged" worst team of the Griz since mid-80s and the "alleged" best team of the Bobcats since 1984 and there was only a 9 point difference. Dynasty, no.

Next year begins now and the revenge tour. 10 starters back on an ever-improved defense with a lot of great depth and 6-8 starters back on offense (8 with Saylor and Canada). There is a lot of depth on the offense not just the defense. The future is bright. This team will rebound and be back, don't worry :!:

70-37 ain't bad either. :lol:

I am sure we will get an excellent recap and future look done by BW soon, but stay positive everyone. :thumb:
 
ok. this year sucked and disapointed. Still lots of positives. Bandwagons go do your thing. I'm a Griz and am looking forward to the future. All programs go through this. Alabama, LSU, Oklahoma, Texas, USC. We are a smaller version. Get Over it.
 
Speaking of positives, look which GRIZ coach is posting positives, not only about his basketball team, but words of encouragement to the football team. Go to FB and see yourself. Tell me which GRIZ coach truly bleeds GRIZ blood?
 
This was the first year in decades we needed to rebuild instead of reload. Now that we have gone through that it is time to resume the dynasty. Coaching? Well, that is a whole other subject.

We do have many very good players and in my opinion we are recruiting some excellent talent. With our young men coming back that is very positive!

Coaching is another subject.
 
Umista....don't agree with your comment regarding talent. Key to our success over many years has been our depth of talent, especially under Bobby Hauck. Today, I don't see the talent level compared to many teams in the conference.

Not at QB or Safety. That's for sure.
 
I watched the root sports replay for the first time tonight...first time i saw the broadcast cuz i was at the game. one positive was i noticed the announcers gave us credit over and over for winning the 2010 game also haha. So if thats the case i guess that was the first time the cats beat us since 2005 huh haha. Funny they kept saying that, got kindof annoying.
