Position Breakdown: WR

Rooks had knee surgery in the off-season. No clue on the extent of the injury/procedure in regards to recovery time, his status with the team or any of that type of info.

Back on topic it's worth pointing out that even though we've seen some word of Holden Ryan maybe changing positions and Daum leaving the team... this depth chart 2-deep isn't changed. It'll certainly mean though that a few of our incoming guys will probably be playing this season, unless we grab another drop down or two that can go right away.

Stitt confirmed with AJ that Mike Ralston has moved back to offense as a TE/WR hybrid. He will be first or second string.

YES! Can't you just see him now 15 yards down field, head of steam and here comes the CB, poor CB.

Fun to speculate, I would pump the breaks on assigning starters as yet. Brady showed you that Stitt will go with the player who fits his current vision and has the abilities for that spot. I think you're going to see a continuing evolution - if a guy like Ralston is transitioning back, you may see stuff with the slot guy approximating a TE role that didn't actually occur until the season was well underway last year.
