NIT picks teams above .500 who have drawn good crowds at home. If Portland gets a bid they will have to travel.

I would love to see them win it! but PSU should be emmbarrased for losing to Weber because they made the big sky look like a high school conference. There was 1500 people at the BSC championship!! I was embarrased and so should the University of Portland state...but good luck at the NIT

I could not believe the crowd that showed-up for the BSC championship game.

It was pitiful, but truly representative of the caliber of teams represented in the game.


I have seen larger regular season High School unranked teams games that had bigger crowds.

Big Sky Conference basketball has been reduced to the quality of a big, bad joke!
