I was hoping for an option, current format with champion hosting the tournament, or neutral site.

Sorry, but for planning purposes, and conference appeal, I want a predetermined site for the tournament.

I also want all sub .500 conference record teams out of the conference tournament. That goes for all conference tournaments. If one gets lucky and wins the conference tournament, it hurts the conferences chances in the NCAA tournament, and it also would reduce the number of big conference teams getting in the big dance. Sorry, if you are not good enough to win 1/2 your conference games, you don't deserve to be in the big dance.

As for the discussion on the Big Sky format. Gotta keep it at the Regular Season Champs place.

Geez...let's be civil. I like the neutral site idea, but there isn't enough BSC money to do that. That being said, second choice would be include top 4 teams only!!! Probably real answer will be stay the same format. as was said before, at least some idiot team lower that 6 seed doesn't get to the dance and make the conference look like morons. I think Weber or the Griz could pull off an upset this year in the dance if we are an 11-13 seed. That my friends is much better on the conference than a sub .500 team getting beat by 47 in the first round by Kentucky.
