It’s still pretty early to be making guesses about the polls. Still, it will be interesting to see how the pollsters handle the “adjustments” after this weekend. That, of course, includes two FBS near-upsets, but some others that were not close. Then there were two or three really bad losses for ranked teams, with a couple good wins by unranked teams.
So I kinda wanted to see how well I could “read” the (alleged) minds of the pollsters. Note that I jumped Southern Illinois a lot. I feel like they should have been ranked before this, so I figured the voters might just correct that oversight this week. I'm a little worried about keeping Chattanooga ranked, even though it was an over-time loss. That (0-2) record looks very bad at this point. We’ll see.
Not much change among the top teams -- I don’t think the pollsters will punish EWU for their (close) loss. There’s also a good chance that McNeese won’t drop either ... but I figured one or the other would move down, and picked the Cowboys.
