Basketball presents a great opportunity to gauge Missoula support for Griz athletics without the presence of out of towners, who really can't travel for hoops like they can for football.

Show 'em what you got, Missoula! The place should be packed.
This is point right on. We drive over 300 miles each way for all the FB games; not enough left in the tank for Bball. Getting to Bozeman for the Griz game each year, because it is much closer, is the best we can do. Add that road conditions are usually worse for Bball than for FB.

Good point. Basketball has to rely on local support. Six regular season football games, plus playoffs gets pricey, and monotonously boring in the driving department. I'm five hours one way, and winter roads, deer, night driving...

If you come over for a hoops game, let me know and you can sit with me. Have 4 tiks so often have extra room. The team is very exciting, notwithstanding the game last night. Cherry's return will make the team more exciting. Martin's development is going to be key. The team needs him to improve. Sorry we didn't get a chance to talk a bit at the Cat game.

I realize this is the football side of things, but since i see only about 12 or less posters on the hoops side of things, i wanna give my best shot at getting all you football fans to the basketball games. Bring some friends! These guys deserve to play in front of great crowds just like the football boys do.....obviously this doesnt apply to you if you DO go...but if you dont normally go, and are in the area PLEASE come check it out...its a great time and guess what....ticket prices are actually reasonable and could even be considered cheap

Ya know, when they took the tickets away from me, that took 12 years to attain, by moving every year till I got to sit where I wanted to, as well as traveling to many road games, I haven't been back since, however I still follow the team, on the radio, which they haven't taken off the air yet.

I feel bad about that, since I used to sit with Tink's dad when Tink's was playing. I must say I miss Lady Griz games.

With that said, I am money ahead. Unfortunately I know many that had the same ticket dilemma as I, and they still don't attend games.

Don't know the background. I'm a bit puzzled. Would you explain, please?

When they refurb the field house, they made seating changes,
Move the student section, and people with season tickets were
Relocated and not necessarily to there satisfaction, and I as well
As others were affected.

So be it.

And those in the NEZ for football may see some changes that they
Are not going to be happy about either soon.
I believe that GAA seating soon to arrive and the cost of NEZ
Seating may increase.

When things start to slip financially, adjustments have to be made.

May see you there, Kem. Looks like I'll be at the Bozo Griz/Cat this year. Likely bringing my Pops and my boy.
