Playoffs televised on ????

I have optimum, I mean charter as my internet provider here in Helena, and I get Espn3 on the internet.

A lot of people make the mistake that they have to login but as long as your IP address is recognized you just click on the game you want to watch and it will load.

In Butte I have optimum or charter or whatever they call it this week and have watched many games on ESPN3.

In my house, in Missoula, with Century Link and Dish Network, I cannot get ESPN 3. That's the simple fact.

In 2011 both Griz & Cat fans (plus state politicians) fought hard to get the games on Gameplan. I personally think it is a joke the first round of games are only offered on ESPN3. Regardless of whether you can get it online or not, who wants to sit around a laptop, iPad, etc and watch the game versus having it on TV or going out to a bar to watch the game.

As Zootown mentioned, ESPN3 should not count as televising the games. Let ESPN3 have all the online rights to the games, but there is absolutely no reason why they cant also be offered on Gameplan & PPV. :twocents:

You do realize that you can watch espn3 on a TV and not just a computer or mobile device right?

I asked this one the basketball forum, and will ask it here too. The free sports streaming sites really mess with how well my computer's run. Any suggestions on software to use to keep the computer performance good? You know a Viagra for computers. lol

as of now 12pm MST on December 7th, the Griz game will be broadcast on ESPN3.
While yes Xbox stream is slick (i enjoy it), but it hurts local sports bars because its difficult to broadcast games on that many tvs without separate Xbox. the bars and others in Montana (and other out of state Griz strongholds) are willing to pay for ppv. Cable is rarely outside the cities here in montana, and not everyone has charter. and not that many isp's in montana carry it.
