PI calls

This past week's game had two absolutely blown calls by our Big Sky officials, both PI calls.
The second play of the game, Gus led Curran beautifully over the middle of the field and the DB climbed all over the backside of Curran early to break up the completion. No call made.
The second was right before halftime when Yamen Sanders had perfect inside position on the Sac State receiver along the sideline. The receiver had nowhere to go but over the top of Yamen to try to get to the ball. Call, PI defense.
Very frustrating when obvious calls are blown by the officials. Makes me very nervous as we take on NAU and EWU since the officials can't seem to get the easy calls right.

Did the refs make any mistakes that hurt Sac? If so, the PI calls will probably even out in the future games that you mentioned....

They seem to be letting DB's and WR's be more physical this season, which I like. It will benefit the GRIZ in some game. Speaking of calls, the GRIZ got lucky, they could have been whistled for a few personal fouls, from late hits against Sac State.

Sander's PI was a mercy call. MVSU game had one also. Would be nice to hear what refs are saying to players, are they seeing agressive play warning players then having a quick flag when players don't respond the way they want.

BSC refs are better than most in the FCS. Playoffs with different crews can be painful.
