His coach Miles Davis was honored. First PSU homecoming he's ever been able to attend. Phoenix College's season ended fairly early.

The Phoenix offense improved this year by scoring 30 points per game, up from 11.6 the year before. Total offense was up to 402, from 289 the prior year. Passing was up to 313, from 210 the prior year. Pflu's side of the ball improved significantly.

Phoenix gave up 46 points and 567 yards per game.

What does this have to do with his current job?

I'd say it has pretty much EVERYTHING to do with his current job. How else does a innovative D1 HC on the rise with a wealth of experience and a proven track record become untouchable and end up at a struggling community college? I know that life is often not fair, but what happened to Robin (via Royce) was criminal.

Good point. I guess I got derailed by the beating a dead horse part. But yes he did get the shaft form RE. Why is RE still there? What has he done to still deserve that job?
