Participation And Playoff Perfection

I've got 53 Grizzlies taking part in this EPIC! I'm not counting the fans who were definitely #54, holy crap were you that were attendance a FACTOR!!!!

Simpson, Vidalk, Ah Yat,Detrick, Osteen, Dreis, Lincoln, McCabe, B. Lang, Klumpf, and J.Ramos in uniform but not needed. Very short bench 64 men dressed unless I missed people.

Saw Ray, Campbell, Henricksen, Evans, and McGurran in amongst the RS. All the Redshirts and non-dressed players were in the south endzone for OT.

Great shot of Ian Finch jumping around like a maniac while Coach Hauck was walking across the field to shake Entz's hand!

On little things are great things sometimes swung;
a. McDowell did an unbelievable job to recover Fontes fumble.
b. N. Ramos's plant foot on the missed convert ends up pointing at the M on Mount Sentinel, no wonder it went wide left.
c. The flow by the Griz especially the two safeties on the NDSU two point try is perfect and completely takes away the run option.

I’m really hoping that Jareb Ramos was being “saved” and that he’s not a flop…just very very weird that he saw so little action this year, especially with Kashmitter and Nuce down for the count most of the year.

Additional point the tight end was blocking Walker until he pulled away to make the interception. #3 had no run option period.

Detrick dressing but not playing seems strange also. I know he’s been in and out due to health, but if he can’t go why dress him when you only get 64?

Nothing to do with this year but don't we get back our TE Grossman next year? He will hopefully help out with depth at TE and less holding calls. Lol. I love Shaffer, but I swear he got called got holding every game

I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed this, getting Grossman back and perhaps snagging a TE transfer or 2 would be helpful

I think we are loaded at TE; Shafer, Barker, Olson, and Ashton all have eligibility left (can't say are back next year, anymore). We signed Grezmak, but he missed the year because of injury. Assuming Grossman comes back, I can't see us needing anybody else. We completed 15 passes to TE's in 14 games. If we had a healthy Grossman this year, I think a Big Sky title and a trip to the Natty could have been in the cards.

OK, back to Grossman. Does anyone have any definitive information on him? He's arguably one of our top 5 players and someone said he hasn't been working out with the team? I know he's injured but that sounded like he's not involved in any capacity. What's up?
