The amount of times the PxP announcer just SHOUTED AT FULL THROAT INTO THE MIC WHEN CALLING THE PLAY was excruciating. I get trying to convey excitement, but you don't need to death metal scream into the microphone.
That was certainly annoying, but I found the color guy trying to somehow coach Sac State from the booth all by himself more annoying.
Ohhhh, good call.
He was easily the worst color commentator I've listened to in a long time. Just vapid, useless info or weird advice after every single play.

Many of the big sky stadium announcers do that third down thing and it drives me crazy. The NAU guy is ridiculous because he does this loud growl thing with it That is particularly obnoxious. WaGriz is so lucky to have Peter Christian and smart fans who don't need to be told to get loud on third down.Sounds like the ESPN announcers were as bad/worse than the stadium announcer with his awful "Thiiiiiirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrdddddddddd Down" call.
