I know there are a "few" of us around!

1 here since 1966. First game I saw was the Ice Bowl. Packer fan ever since!

If a Packer Backer, do you or do you not own a "Cheese hat"?

I gave my last one away to a sick kid a few years ago

I'm in.

Don't own a cheese head anymore. Not sure where it went, although my wife may have thrown it away when I wasn't looking.

I did find out this weekend that my Championship sweatshirt from 96 must have shrunk, as it didn't really fit quite as well this weekend.

I have one of the original cheeseheads that's so heavy your neck hurts if you wear it too long...Go Pack!

This is probably the LEAST interesting Super Bowl in a long time for me. Not taking anything away from these two Franchises and what they have accomplished but its a been there done that type of feeling watching these two. Unless my 49ers are in the Super Bowl I really don't care to much. I have loved the past few years with an underdog to cheer for.....Saints, Cards, Hawks etc....

Will I watch it? Yes. Will I be into it? Hell yes. I just love football to much to not be. I just don't get that "favorite team" feeling in this one.

I'm in. Went to Wisconsin to meet my Mom's family. So I have become a Packer fan. My late brother was a huge fan in the days of Lombardi, Starr, McGee, Taylor, Nistchke, Gregg etc. Shizzle, am a Niners and Dolphins fan, maybe one day they will return to their glory days...

My wifes faviorate team is now the 40-Packers! (Life time 9er fan but is seeing the light!)

:puke: <-----That’s what I just did when I read that. The Packers in the late 90's were one of the teams that dismantled the dynasty and took away that intangible swagger that the 49ers had. F the packers

Long-time Pack fan here, I've been following them since the early 90's. My family is from Wisconsin so it's a team we've watched/cheered on for a long time now.

I've been a packers fan since 2nd grade 1991 and this one is a long time coming. Congrats to MM for a well deserved win he is a good coach and a great play caller. Go Pack Go!

Congrats to the Packers and their fans. I am glad Pittsburgh did not win another one. I like the Steelers, just don't like any fan base getting too many rings. Except the Lakers. :)

Packer fans have a lot to look forward too the next several years. Rodgers, Nelson, Jennings, Finley, Grant, Matthews, are all very young. Finley and Grant being back next year from injury, will make for a better team. We will see how the offseason plays out, but right now, I love the Packers chances next season.

Agreed, and keep in mind that they had tons of injuries on defense as well, and all that happened was new stars rose up to take over. Looking at this defensive roster:

Dline: Pickett, Jenkins, Raji, Green with backups Neal and Jolley set to return next year. Pickett might retire, Jenkins is a free agent but I think we'll tie him back down.

OLB: Zombo/Walden are the 3rd/4th stringers opposite Matthews, Jones and Poppinga will also return to vie for a spot.

MLB: With Bishop filling in for the injured Barnett he landed a long-term contract, of Hawk and Barnett it's presumed one will be traded. Also Brandon Chillar will return next year.

CB: I hope Woodson doesn't retire, Sheilds and Williams are the presumed lock-down guys. Also Lee and Underwood are promising backups

S: Burnett will return, Peprah in his place did amazing. Collins rocks and Bigby make a decent backup. Bush can play the whole field, S, CB, Special Teams.

This defense will be over-loaded with returning talent and really only Cullen Jenkins is a true free-agent who could be expendable (but I hope not). This D will be real good for years to come as they proved this year even the 2nd / 3rd stringers got it done when needed.

I think the beauty of the Packers' is the Favre trade really solidified the O and D for years to come as it directly lead to securing Rodgers as well as the drafting of Mathews.
