That would actually be an interesting side discussion. Of the guys that left or were cut, who of them ended up somewhere contributing in a way that they probably would have helped the Griz?

Or ones that were not good enough. Lot's of reasons for not remaining including injuries.
True more true than my last comment. That's the basis of this thread. How a team suffers from coaches leaving and new coaches coming in. Recruits in many cases are loyal to specific coaches. Other recruits may just want to be a Griz and that's their greatest loyalty. Education another factor.
