NAU has turned it over three times now and all UNC does is capitalize and score on them.....sounds eerily familiar doesn't it?

UNC intercepts yet another NAU drive and scores only 5 plays later, then they went for two and got it. Man I can remember when Bobby's teams used to play like that.

Northern Colorado now leads Northern Arizona 42-14 with just over 11 minutes left. This would be the Bears first win of 2018, while continuing the Lumberjacks lost season...

Was supposed to be last season. He's a great guy by all accounts, the program might need a fresh perspective to remain competitive in the Big Sky.

No, this is worse than the Griz loss @ UND last week. UND has been a pretty good team. UNC just hasn't.

UNC was down 12 starters/contributors due to suspension this week. The Bears had lost their first 7 games this season and 13 of their last 14 going back to last season. UNC was without their whole special teams unit. No official punter and no kicker at all from the curfew violation. The Bears went for 2 points conversions every time today. Collins has been under fire with their fan base either revolting or not showing up anymore. Bridge-Gadd sat out the first half due to team rules violations then comes in and looks like he suffered a bad knee injury after two plays. NAU's third string freshman QB not remotely ready to be on the field.

NAU pooped their pants and quit. No positive spin to be had. Coming off a bye week with time to prepare as well adds to the frustration. I've called for calm and reason in the past when Jacks fans press for a coaching change but add this to the 40-8 whooping to Missouri State and Jerome may be sweating.

I think a beer is in order.

Yeah, I felt bad about the UND game, but that was nowhere near as bad as this loss was.

This was worse than our loss to PSU, by a wide margin.
