Good for them, now maybe they can get that Ballpark finished and paid for. I see the Diamondbacks extended the contract another 4 years.

They are Lyle Overbay, Duaner Sanchez, Jose Valverde, Andy Green, Scott Hairston, Miguel Montero, Dustin Nippert, Tony Pena, Luis Terrero, J.D. Closser, Casey Daigle, Jorge De La Rosa, Doug Devore, and Jerry Gil.

I went to the Blue Jay's/M's game at Safeco Wed afternoon. Had my boss' season tickets right up front between home plate and the visitor dugout (!). When Lyle Overbay was on deck the first time I shouted, "Yo Lyle! Pioneer League MVP, '99 baby!" or something like that. I was already three sheets to Sunday. Anyway he smiles and gives me the little #1 finger. Good stuff. He was probably the only one who knew what I was talking about!
