Is it the right move in the long term of Grizzly Football ?

It appears that Bobby Hauck set his exit up for a smooth transition but would it have better to replace most of the coaching staff now with a different HC ? Are the fans and the University better off with a complete change or are we headed in the same direction which is what it appears on the surface.

Listening to the Bobby Kennedy presser was not real impressive. It sounded like he was trying to secure his job for the future. One of the first things he emphasized was in state recruiting. Sounds great for the fan base but is it the answer to develop a winning football team ? Because it worked for the cats does not mean it is right. Example: Lampson was not an instate recruit but came from the portal. Looking at the expression on faces, some of the people present at the presser did not act overjoyed.

One other note : I listened to the beginning of the GFP which was hard to due frankly. It was interesting that the University sent Greg Sundberg to reassure the fan base that Griz football is in great shape. Also a note on fan questions. Fans ask questions like these people on the pod are the coaching staff. If you want real answers then address the questions to the staff. Which in the past under Bobby has been difficult to say the least to get direct answers.

Lets rewind and fire Bobby Hauck, do a national search for a new coach to bring their own staff on and watch all the players we got in along with a ton of those remaining on the roster jump into the portal again, plus have all the committed incoming high school signees decommit.

Go to the thread on the Bobby Kennedy introductory press conference and every post on their is talking about how positive the new coach is, transparent, going to put his own stamp on this program and committed to in state recruits. Yet Oldn finds him blah, blah, blah, more of the same.
