AZ- I enjoy reading most of your posts. You might consider not ripping people as often as you do. Some of us love the Griz and do not wear maroon and silver goggles... :egriz:

I never initiate shots. But, like Donald Trump, I fight back with vigor, which should be my right when attacked. It just shows that some of the "good fans" are immune from being banned for instigating and hi-jacking.

You initiate shots in your initial post in just about every thread you start. Liar.

I'll make my prediction after fall practice. If you know how to read, which is highly doubtful based on some of your posts, you will understand that I base everything by ON-FIELD PERFORMANCE. So, after I watch the scrimmages, I'll give you my prediction.

I'm going to bed before I get band for being too logical.
I think the proper spelling is "banned".

Why wait? You're already predicting our offense will suck and Stitt will fail unless he changes his entire offensive philosophy....seems you've already made your assessment--for whatever THAT'S worth.

Afraid to put your money where your big fat mouth is? Typical gutless f***[*] wonder. Call out the entire ufcking team, but can't put a number on it.

7-4. Over or under?

No, the obvious thing is that I have your number, school you routinely, and elevate your blood pressure. But keep up the uninformed sugar coated posts. Gives me fodder to continue the beat down.

You're right. I don't suffer fools gladly. And you're the biggest fool I've ever seen on this board.

Congratulations.

And congratulations again on NOT being willing to put your money where your big fat loud mouth is. Spineless POS.

It's his M.O.

Here is a realistic look at our 2016 Griz football team. I have read all of the flowery hype-laden B.S. from Wahlberg and his minions, and now is the time for a reality check.

2016 is a re-building year for the Griz. We lost way too many of our key players to think otherwise. Here are the pluses and minuses:

PLUSES:

1) Having Gus back for a full season
2) Transitioning from Ty to Semore
3) Stitt dumping his stupid "hurry-up-offense-go-for-it-on-4th-down" philosophy at mid-season
4) Probably a much stronger defensive secondary
5) Hopefully more depth at key positions
6) An easier schedule

MINUSES:

1) An untested punter
2) An untested FG kicker
3) A QB with only a few games of starting experience
4) A average stable of running backs
5) Lack of a blocking back
6) A returning O-line unable to run-block
7) Loss of top three WRs
8) Loss of the best D-lineman in the nation
9) Loss of three strong LBs, with un-tested replacements
10) Lack of size in our D-ends

I welcome anyone to dispute any points made here. But save the "great-on-paper" stuff until any of these kids actually see the field.

I think we are a year away from fielding a very deep, very experienced team on both D and O, but it will not happen until 2017. Just too many unanswered question to think otherwise.
The realistic view is that the long snapper from ISU is Stitt's MVP. I hope Bob sent him an X-MAS card crafted with a 14k script. Without this single act of buffoonery, the turd is void of the chocolate layer you experts are sloshing around. Carry on... :egriz:

Really? FOUR games came down to the final play last year (NDSU, ISU, CP, Weber). We won two of them. ANY of them could have gone the other direction. The ISU game was no more or less "miraculous" than the other three.

AZ did you really just post that? LOL

....we don't want him banned. He provides entertainment, especially, if we can witness him running away from another poster.

There's not a "lack" of a blocking back. His offense doesn't USE a blocking back. See how that works? And we lose the best D-lineman in the nation just about every other year.

What's your prediction for their record this year?

"There's not a "lack" of a blocking back. His offense doesn't USE a blocking back." Even you should be able to get my point, that we NEED TO USE A BLOCKING BACK. His 5-receiver gimmicky offense will never win a championship.

A FB is a waste in most offenses and in most situations. Build a strong line and get your athletes on the field.

As for Stitt not using a TE? That is ridiculous and he is waking up to that reality.

He's not as quick and doesn't have the lateral agility as other AZ recruits but his straight away speed was impressive for a guy his age. The MO Club back door didn't know what hit it............as he acelerated through the hole.

3) Stitt dumping his stupid "hurry-up-offense-go-for-it-on-4th-down" philosophy at mid-season
4) Probably a much stronger defensive secondary
5) Hopefully more depth at key positions
6) An easier schedule

9) Loss of three strong LBs, with un-tested replacements
10) Lack of size in our D-ends

I would add to the plusses:

7) A much better prepared and experienced O-line
8) Team unity

I would remove from the negatives:

3) QB with "only a few starting games of experience". Gus started 8 games. Chalich 3. We've got maybe the best experienced QB depth in the Big Sky, outside of possibly EWU.

4) Average stable of running backs. It's an above-average group. Calhoun is something special and Nguyen is a dude.

5) We have a blocking back, we have 4 in fact. It's called the H wide receiver and we've got a near 265 pound guy in Ralston that'll help big time. It also doesn't "waste" the fullback position. Best of both worlds. If you pay attention to the offense you'd notice that.

6) This O-line can run block. They're bigger/stronger/heavier and well coached.

8) I wouldn't remove the loss of the best D-lineman because that's true, but I'll just say we've got the D-line figured out and with it's new design, we very well could have the best D-end in the nation again.

9) The new LB's in this newly designed defense are a perfect fit. The new LB's coach believes he's got 7 guys that can be full time contributors.

10) Posting "the lack of size in our D-ends" shows you don't know the design of this defense. The new situational set up actually has this D-line looking incredibly good. There's a return to size on one end and the other side is meant to be a faster and more versatile player.

Monumental spin job dude. Laughable at best! Filled with hyperbole and trying to make facts out of total unknowns.

You may want to talk to someone who went to the 2-hour Quarterback Club meeting a couple days ago, before you disparage some of these comments.

You're officially entering worst poster of all-time status. Starting 3 separate threads slamming Stitt's offensive philosophy.

You are mentally handicapped if you think Stitt is going to abandon his offense for a power running game. It's not even worth talking about because it's not an even remotely realistic option. Its why he was hired in the first place, go fast and put up points.

You seem to worship at the altar of NDSU and Alabama. It's not their respective offensive philosophies that make them effective, its their unmitigated commitment to execution. If we can come close to executing on that same level in Stitt's offense, we'll be fine.

He is just now entering this status?

I think he means he has now passed Azgriz into second place and is quickly closing in on the king of the pile...the original Growler1.

He owns the top 5.

Well, we can obviously sum Growler 1 and Atlanta together.

With all due respect, this O-line still has to prove it on the field. All of this "back and forth" supposition means nothing....

I agree the o line needs to prove it to me, experience or not. Also, I'd like to watch some of these posters throw down!
