Now cats will run up score ....

You beat the stuffing out of them? Really? The game goes to fourth down with seconds remaining. This was not NDSU team of the prior years. They were mediocre at best.
Well, they certainly looked that way against the Griz D, which did an outstanding job. Give credit to NDSU. That is a big, strong, well-coached team.

Hey, remember that guy you said was coming back to EWU? Yeah, he was just named the starting QB for Oregon. Why don't you shut your trap and GTFO our board.

Heeeeere we go. The same fucking cat fans that were predicting a 35 point NDSU win a week ago saying this isn't the same team. Good god man, aren't you embarrassed? Because you ought to be.

great game to watch yesterday. didn't care who won but was happy to see a great game. you griz guys have to be real excited by what you saw. and i can't imagine a better feeling than finally getting a shot in the fcs, and winning your first game in front of a rowdy crowd against the 4-time  national champs.

that said, the cats aren't going to "run up the score" simply because the griz won a great game. sorry but that is just stupid. however, the team we're playing is like a high school all-star game so my guess is we'll put up some points. just like the griz and every other team in the country do against d-2 teams. we'll take out starters at halftime or close to it and likely still put points on the board. it will mean nothing, and certainly will have nothing to do with the griz.

but seriously great win yesterday. while i can never root for the griz, yesterday was probably as close as i've come. you represented montana and the big sky conference very well. best of luck and we'll see ya in november. :thumb:

Nobody thinks the Griz just beat the Seahawks, but the Griz did just beat a team that has 4 strait wins over the Minnesota Vikings and would easily run away with the NFC North crown if they could just find a way to enlarge the Fargo Dome to NFL standards.

Speaking of the Cats, they should in fact win running away with the 2's and 3's playing most of the game. This should not be close, and if Ft L scores more than 10 in the game, I will be embarrassed!

Good luck with Ft. Lewis! It's gonna take the Cats clicking on all cylinders with the third string to defeat this D-II powerhouse. I know, later on in the season you play East Tennessee State-that FCS powerhouse independent, so that makes up for the easier opponent early on. (The back ups better be prepared).
Of course, BS33, you say, "The griz have had easy schedules before." And that may well be; but not now! And when they did have an easier schedule, they usually went on to the FCS playoffs and usually past the second round, and ended up playing championship caliber teams. The Cats, of course, will have an easy schedule this year, and fade at the end of the season-as usual-losing the Brawl-and then in the first round to SDSU. It's as predictable the change of seasons.

And there have been some recent season where the Griz have played some really weak schedules and the season didn't turn out so good. There is a long season ahead. You guys had a big win yesterday. Next week may be a different story. Just say'in. There are always unforseen things that happen during a season like injuries that can change results quickly. Like you guys are saying "Stitt happens" and that can be good or bad!

Great win yesterday fellas, it was one of the best I've ever seen. I think it's going to be a fun season, and November will be interesting. That being said, this thread makes me weep for humanity.
