November 14 - 21 ...

the men will sign two, stockton and ward, and the women will sign at least two, ashley ferda from whitefish and ali hurley from anaconda. selvig has three seniors--cote, clossen and conway--so he might have one more scholarship available.

I hear that The women are looking at a few girls out of Washington, plus evaluating a couple Montana Girls for the third spot.

Tinkle will sign Stockton and Ward...... but rumor has it he maybe close to convincing another State of Washington player (small forward) who hold multiple offers from Big Sky schools to walk-on with a promissed scholarship following year.

last year was a great year for high school girls's basketball in the state of washington, and we and the cats both benefitted. we got sarah eno, an obvious talent, while the cats got 6'1" sarah strand, who has been among their scoring leaders in the early games and may have been ranked ahead of eno in high school. if there's more gold in them thar hills, both programs would be wise to go after it.

I know this thread was started for this year's signees, but I'd thought I'd chime in on a girls prospect who will more than likely come play here after high school. She's only a sophomore in high school this year, but she's 6'2", has been playing on the same summer team as Tinkle and is the niece of Selvig, her name is Jordan Sullivan. Keep an out for this girl the next few years, she will turn many heads.
