I fully agree, and I'm not saying they're going to leave. But they are also 18-21 year-old young men, who care about things differently than fans/boosters/alumni/media do. They see this situation differently than we do, especially in the immediate. Hell, three freshman and a redshirt have already moved their senior-year huddle highlights back to the top of their Twitter accounts in the last hour lol. Anyone who thinks there isn't going to be player backlash over this is really naive'. That's all I'm saying.

If one of your coordinators isn't getting it done, cut him loose or it will end up dragging you down. Stitt should have cut loose Semore and Niekamp last year and he would be 9-2 heading to playoffs with 3 year extension.

Can only imagine a player leaving because ...was playing in front of better players due to coaches "liking him better ", or ones that can use it as an excuse since they saw writing on wall about their future playing time. If they like the school, teammates and think they are good enough to compete for playing time (or scheme switch changes their chance of playing.....ie maybe at WR)they are not likely to quit because they get a new coach, and definitely not to "make a point" about Stitt getting let go.
