North Carolina @ Duke

Nothing warms my tummy more then watching Duke get donkey-stomped. North Carolina is just quicker and more physical.

I just started watching at the half... Duke looks very overrated IMO.
 
Cameron Indoor is still on my bucketlist for collegiate athletics. It just may take premeditated homicide to score the tickets..
 
Even if they were playing the National Socialist Party, I am fairly certain I couldn't bring myself to root for Duke.
 
I love watching this matchup every time they play. It is the best collegiate basketball rivalry in my opinion. I am a fan of the Cameron Crazies, and a life long North Carolina fan. I root for North Carolina to shut up the best college student section in the nation.

I'm interested to know why you have animosity towards them. They seem to run a pretty clean program. Coach K seems like a quality guy interested in building good human beings. You don't see a lot of chest pounding or posturing compared to some of the other teams. For the most part they seem to be very workmanlike in their approach. I'm not a huge fan of Duke, but I have nothing against them.

I've never understood the animosity toward Duke, either; and that comes from a guy who roots for North Carolina. I've always respected what they have done at a very academically difficult university.
 
Quick answer: Christian Laettner(sp?) and Bobby Hurley..And I find Coach K's face truly hateable.

Plus, I love Dean Smith. I can thank my mom for that. She wasn't much for sports, but she had good taste. Her favorite Griz player; Derrick Pope..
