Non-BCS schools

Was just watching Sports Center, and heard Mack Brown (Texas coach) say that non-BCS schools (like TCU and Boise State) should never be included in the BCS bowls because it was "demeaning" for the real BCS schools. Are you kidding me? And people want the Griz to move up, so they might (in some people's wildest dreams) be one of those totally unworthy schools. Keep me in the FCS, folks.

TCU is a team that could legitimately beat Texas, IMO. TCU will probably finish the season at #3 in the BCS, unless by some miracle Nebraska beats Texas, then we could see TCU in the title game.

I think it would be fabulous if TCU were in the title game, but it ain't never gonna happen. As I see it, the BCS folks (the likes of Mack Brown) would be horrified at the prospect. They've created their own little world and have no intention of letting "lesser schools" enter in. The closest they ever came was "allowing" Boise State to play Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl a couple years ago. We all know how that worked out for the BCS. They'd never risk that happening again.
