I think everyone, even those supporting the same agenda, can see that TNT is not interested in the facts. Snide comments about "the faithful", the "victim", and trying to talk about the carnage that will now be JJ's life, regardless of the outcome, show TNT to be unbalanced and, ironically, a powder keg. 75 you will never get a debate on the facts because TNT can't win using facts and "it's" agenda is about winning, not justice or truth.

And there is where you start to get into trouble. Your "documented evidence" is extracted from a defense document. Much of which was extracted in part from defense interviews certainly no bias there??? For one so concerned about rights, you seem to ignore a few including cross examination.. The "evidence no one knows about" is 1000 additional pages of e-mails, the witness list (which can grow) and the resulting testimony most certainly exist. I'm guessing the prosecution will simply not read their charging affidavit and call it a case....

The "problem" of program vs. individuals is very real except in PR and your mind, They have been no more law enforcement issues at U of M than any similar sized university/town. But some how there exists the perception by the truly delusional/obsessed that if we explain away each of those student issues that magically the NCAA, DOE, and DOJ who are investigating the PROGRAM and the UNIVERSITY will also go away. The truly delusional seem to think that JOD and Pflu will come back, RE will go away and once again they brag on their inside information and "connections"

I think juries are particularly sensitive to the impact of cases like this on young lives. When they sense that prosecutions are agenda driven, rather than justice driven, that's when prosecutions fail miserably.

Juries also appreciate careful recognition of facts, in particular acknowledgement of them rather than obfuscation of them.

This thread, which is primarily a "TNT" seminar on "how to avoid facts and pretend that it will all be decided by facts we don't know" is precisely the approach that juries abhor.

"Easily explained" emails -- which he didn't do on this thread oddly enough -- is exactly what juries look at. "This clown said he would "explain" the plain meaning and why it meant the exact opposite, and then didn't/couldn't/wouldn't."

Stretching the truth doesn't work.

Pretending this is really about a bigger picture doesn't work.

Feuding with the complaining witness, who says JJ's a nice guy, just looks petty and ridiculous.

And someone will ask, in the jury room, "do alcohol fueled sexual predators after a violent rape usually ask for a ride home?"

And then say "well, thanks," when they get out of the car?

No it doesn't try as you might YOU have not presented a "case" you keep repeating Over and Over the same two emails. You claim to have a psychiatric Dx but have yet to provide the source (despite being asked three times)....(Psychopath doesn't exist BTW) You say what juries like and don't like, but you miss the much larger picture. The prosecution has presented NONE of their case and none of their evidence. They have presented what they believe happened. You keep using the same emails to say it didn't, Thats fine. I have given any NUMBER of ways the prosecution can go. Never said any of them were absolutley what happened. Who knows your defense may be spot on to counter prosecution case. Stereotypes become stereotypes for a reason. Victims act in pretty consistent ways with pretty consistent behavior. You clearly don't know what it is or you would counter with how that isn't the case here. Instead you keep barking the way you think she should act as fact. Drive him home? I'm surprised she didn't make HIM a sandwich too. You know very little about victims. Read up a little. Talk to a cop who walking in to a domestic abuse call is just as afraid of getting shot by the victim as the perpetrator, and on it goes.

Some of this (most of this) is play for me. But I am concerned that you are so ignorant of the results of assault, that you continue to rail on an on. Fortunately unlike your magic affidavit the jury will have opportunity to learn and then draw conclusions. You have a judge who knows, a prosecutor who knows. The motion will fail. and then there will be a trial with a complete case laid out and THEN a defense mounted.

Now, I can be satisfied that TNT is getting frustrated. My original expressed goal, "to antagonize the creeps," has been overwhelmingly successful.
