Look, we have big problems on offense, and anyone who thinks this was just a bad game is smoking good dope. We have no running game. Without the threat of the run, there is no freakin' way we can beat good teams passing the ball every down. No team which passes the ball that often wins the big game. You have to be balanced on offense. Stitt promised us that we would be balanced and be able to run the ball, but it isn't gonna happen with the O-line we have this season.

To make matters worse, our receivers drop way too many passes, which is often a drive-killer in this offense. And, our QB is not accurate on way too many passes. This offense has a long way to go to be the savior so many of you think it will be.
Dude, step away from the ledge. We are two games into the season with a new coach, new qb and entirely new offense. You've got to know the offense is going to be a work in progress.

Great game . However, you did lose. You are not anywhere as good as think you are. Still unproven. Not smack, just reality.

This is the idiot who told us that Vernon Adams was coming back to play for EWU. How can the guy even "show his face" around here. What an idiot.

So much irony in this post....

It's so thick you could cut it with a knife

It's a huge problem that we can give NDSU fits, but Cal Poly shut us down.

We need to fix that.

We should have won this game.

Dude, did you see those hits? Those were monsters

I'd hate to be some of those guys today

OUCH
That won't matter if you can't keep the other team from scoring, how well do you think the Cat D will fare against a team that scored 40 points against Oregon?

Ya just gotta win by 1 right?

Ooooh

Too soon?

Are you really going for the condescending "There there, it's okay, you were never that good anyway" sthick when the Cats have yet to be tested either.

Cal Poly is a very good team, Griz O was terrible tonight, but that's the breaks. Lot of season left to go now that they have a taste of adversity, conference play should be a good one this year.
CP's mediocre D made the fizz O look terrible tonight, just clarifying that for you :thumb:
that mediocre d returned 10 starters.

You're quick
Here's the truth: It doesn't make you look witty and clever, especially when the Cats have yet to actually be tested either.

That's why I gotta get my shots in now.

There's 3 threads poking fun at the Cats (even though the Cats won a blowout)

And you don't think you guys earned a little bit of shit?

Come on

Keep your chin up and take it in stride. The season is still young
 a blowout in which it took your team 's all-world offense 26 minutes to score on a D-2 team.

We had 459 yards of offense with 4 turnovers. Seems like the offense is working pretty good. Just clean up the obvious.

Turnovers and red zone. Gotta stop having to settle for field goals.

Well, I guess that's that. Not much to forward to.
